Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Shipping costs and methods are set by the vendor and will be shown at checkout.

Processing Time: Vendors will ship orders within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Each vendor will provide tracking information for your order once it ships.

  • FlipBricks is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items during transit. We recommend that all vendors use trackable shipping methods.

Issues with Delivery

If there's an issue with your order's delivery (e.g., delayed shipping, damaged items, missing items), please contact the vendor directly using the vendor's contact information available on their store page.

If you are unable to reach the vendor, you can contact FlipBricks support at contact@flipbricks.com, and we will attempt to assist.

By purchasing from a vendor on FlipBricks, you agree that the vendor is responsible for fulfilling the delivery of the product, and FlipBricks is not liable for any issues related to delivery.
