FlipBricks is a vendor-driven marketplace. As such, vendors are responsible for handling returns, refunds, and any disputes regarding their products.

Vendor Return Policies

Each vendor sets their own return policy. You will find the vendor's return details listed on their store page.

  • In general, most vendors accept returns for unused, unopened items within 7 days of receipt.
  • Digital goods (manuals, instructions, etc.) are generally non-returnable unless incorrect or damaged.
  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected by the vendor.

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact the Vendor: To request a return or exchange, please reach out directly to the vendor via their store page or contact@flipbricks.com if the vendor cannot be contacted.
  2. Return Shipping: Buyers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Refunds: Once the vendor receives and processes your return, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Dispute Resolution

  • If you are unable to resolve an issue with the vendor, FlipBricks can mediate disputes. However, we are not liable for the actions of vendors.
  • FlipBricks reserves the right to remove any vendor or product from the marketplace if we find repeated or serious violations of our policies or customer complaints.

  • FlipBricks is not responsible for refunds or returns related to vendor transactions and acts only as an intermediary.

If you are a vendor, you must ensure that:

  • You provide clear communication to buyers regarding the status of returns and exchanges.
  • Your return policy is clearly displayed on your store page.
  • You handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
